Consent is active and ongoing
Consent must be freely given by an adult who understands the situation and can make a choice. It is specific to what was agreed. It can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Silence, fear, intoxication, pressure or payment is not consent.
No force, control or trafficking
We reject coercion, threats, debt control, document seizure, trafficking and third-party pressure. A person must control their own phone, movement, decisions and earnings. Any warning sign should end the enquiry.
Equal privacy
Both adults deserve privacy. Personal numbers, messages, images, addresses and documents must not be copied, recorded or published without clear permission. Collect only what is needed for the enquiry.
Right to leave
Either adult may end a conversation or meeting. A deposit, journey, booking or previous agreement does not remove that right. Safety comes before inconvenience.
